About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Director - Wholesale and IoT to join our team at China Mobile International Limited.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects for new business development from start to launch, formulating business plans and commercial terms to partners, driving internal resources for development and go-to-market preparation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage projects for new business development from start to launch.
  • Formulate business plans and commercial terms to partners, drive internal resources for development and go-to-market preparation.
  • Lead the commercial negotiation with partners in assigned markets, including resources procurement and cost improvements.
  • Analyze and monitor business performance, including P&L, and give directions to business strategy planning.
  • Monitor customer movement and life-time value analysis across different operating markets. Analyze in-base customer usage, segmentations, and value models in driving the team to achieve goals.
  • Lead different analytic reports, extract insights and assist in both internal and external communications.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or MBA, preferably major in marketing or telecom or IT related.
  • 7+ years of experience in telecommunication or IT industry.
  • Experience in account or partnership management, or project management with solid knowledge in telecom industry, especially on mobile capacity wholesale or Global IoT business.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing, master Excel to support data analytics.
  • Logical, passionate to make a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented with good business acumen and high accuracy standards.
  • Strong analytical & commercial mindset. Excellent interpersonal skill, negotiation, analysis and project management Skill.
  • Positive, confident, presentable and with an ability to listen and articulate.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin, and written Chinese is a must.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $120,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
