About the Role

Crypto Connect is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to drive the company's expansion into high-value segments. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of building strategic relationships with top Affiliates, VIPs, and Brokers in the crypto space.

This dynamic and fast-growing role offers the freedom to shape your network and create meaningful partnerships that drive value for both Crypto Connect and your clients. You will take the lead in identifying high-potential VIP clients, customizing solutions to cater to their unique needs, and launching innovative affiliate campaigns.

Your creativity will be at the heart of this role – whether it's crafting new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to develop never-before-seen products for your partners. With the support of a world-class team, you'll have the opportunity to take risks, test new approaches, and leave your mark in shaping the future of crypto partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and other local crypto leaders) to attract first-time-depositors and trades;
  • Identify and develop new partnerships with Brokers and enhance Crypto Connect's broker program; maintain and grow relationships with current brokers;
  • Identify and reach out to VIP clients;
  • Maintain existing KOLs relationship and performance;
  • Provide timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Crypto Connect's Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, proactively liaising with Crypto Connect's internal team, and providing improvement recommendations to Crypto Connect's management team;
  • Keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the Blockchain influencer community;
  • Attend conferences, represent Crypto Connect, engaging with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, increasing awareness of our products and services;
  • Conduct community reach activities, attend crypto community gatherings, meetings to expand and deepen our institutional footprint;
  • Research market & competitor trends in the crypto space;
  • Draft and close client or partnership agreements;
  • Maintain ongoing contact with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, keeping track of client feedback, and recommending product improvements;
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain in local markets, with existing relationships with or knowledge about influential figures in the local ecosystem;
  • Network/book of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers space;
  • 1+ years' experience in digital assets/cryptocurrency/web3/blockchain space;
  • 2+ years' work experience in selling financial products;
  • Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with clients or partners;
  • Excellent command of professional written and oral English;
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
