Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of the strategic sales team, you will be responsible for developing and winning new business opportunities with existing and target strategic accounts.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with key individuals in client accounts, lead the strategic sales priorities and implementation for accounts, and introduce new products and services to maximise revenue delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Results-Driven Delivery: Manage a selection of strategic accounts, win business from target logos, and create implementation strategies for new sales.
  • Account Management Skills: Develop and deliver strategic account plans to maximise revenue, grow network influencers, and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management Skills: Manage pipelines to meet targets, engage with GAM colleagues, and ensure accuracy of values, sales stages, and closure timelines.
  • Contract Renewals and RFPs: Manage retention of business, minimise loss, and secure contracts where needed.
  • Problem Solving: Work with clients to identify problems that LRQA can solve via customised solutions.
  • Market Knowledge and Strategic Prioritisation: Maintain market knowledge, communicate with client personnel, and contribute to strategic discussions around LRQA business plans and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets in a comparable role in a BB environment.
  • Proven experience of working with large strategic organisations to develop sales solutions underpinned by insights.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and a minimum of one other language widely used in businesses in your base region.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior-level audiences.
  • Knowledge of standard IT programmes, Salesforce, and proprietary software for business processes.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
