Revenue Strategy Manager

Weave Living seeks a skilled Revenue Strategy Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives in the Asia Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability of short stay segments at Weave properties.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly.
- Utilize data analysis, historical patterns, and market insights to forecast demand and manage room inventory effectively.
- Manage listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role in the hotel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles, techniques, and strategies.
- Proficiency in OTAs, revenue management systems and tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
