Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced sales manager who possesses:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in hotel sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving goals and objectives.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
Job Description

The Role

We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team at iclub Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Soliciting sales opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the hotel's overall success.
  • Maintaining a high level of exposure for the hotel in major markets through direct sales, telephone, email, and written communications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

Responsibilities

  1. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve departmental goals and contribute to the hotel's overall success.
  4. Monitor account revenue and business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
