  • Job Description:
  • Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify and develop new customer segments and partnerships to grow The Gym Pod's presence in Hong Kong.
  • Audience Research: Conduct desk research to understand market trends, target demographics, and potential partnerships.
  • Social Media & Digital Outreach: Engage with potential customers via social media platforms, craft outreach campaigns, and build brand awareness.
  • Community Engagement & Networking: Attend industry events, meet potential partners, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and implement marketing and engagement campaigns to attract new users to The Gym Pod.
  • On-the-Ground Activation: Hit the streets to connect with fitness communities, gyms, and potential business partners to drive adoption and awareness.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze outreach efforts and optimize strategies for greater effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • A highly social, outgoing, and energetic personality with strong networking skills.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and an active lifestyle.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to work in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Basic marketing and social media knowledge (experience with digital campaigns is a bonus).
  • Comfortable with remote work while also engaging in fieldwork across Hong Kong.
