We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Growth Manager to partner with a renowned food & beverage brand in achieving their sales objectives.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for collaborating with distributors to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for key account channels through effective sales planning and execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotion plans, and participate in budgeting/forecasting processes to ensure business success
  • Liaise closely with the Merchandiser team to stay up-to-date on market intelligence and collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to maximize business growth opportunities
  • Manage potential channel conflicts as necessary
  • Conduct market and category analysis, review performance of channels, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in key account management, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with external distributors and stakeholders
  • Fluent communication in English and Chinese

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is HK$55,000 - HK$80,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
