We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Manager for Credit Card Lending at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance, with experience in loan products and credit card lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • KPI Management
    • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as credit card interest income, card installment sales volume, interest-bearing account receivable balance, and overall credit card account receivable balance.
  • Product Development and Strategy
    • Develop and drive product strategies, promotions, pricing, and new initiatives for credit card lending products to meet company targets.
  • Sales Channel Management
    • Manage and enhance various sales channels, including inbound and outbound sales teams, digital channels, and e-channel specific incentive programs.
  • Digital Initiatives
    • Drive digital initiatives, including system enhancements and design of e-channel specific incentive programs to increase digital channel contributions to overall business.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis
    • Monitor channel performance, marketing program effectiveness, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Portfolio Analysis and Customer Segmentation
    • Conduct portfolio analysis and utilize big data to formulate customer segmentations for precise customer targeting.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
    • Liaise with various departments to optimize business growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience
    • More than 3 years' experience in banking and finance, preferably in loan products and unsecured lending.
  • Language Skills
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in using English/Chinese word processing tools.
