Job Overview

We seek a high-calibre individual to lead our strategic planning process, drive customer growth, and maximize business values from customer portfolios across segments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and influencing capabilities, with the ability to drive diverse groups and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a consolidated customer growth strategic plan, working closely with key stakeholders, product, and channel teams to ensure effective execution and reporting.
  • Measure, monitor, and communicate performance outcomes to stakeholders across departments and to the Senior Leadership Team, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee the overall department budget, monitoring day-to-day accruals, payments, and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Lead strategic projects to maximize business values from customer portfolios across segments, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing solutions to drive revenue.
  • Coordinate control management work within the department, ensuring timely actions and adherence to project timelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, particularly cross-border sales and marketing, competition law, and fair value principles, taking proactive measures to mitigate relevant risks to the bank.
  • Maintain compliance with FIM and related policies, ensuring all customer communications and initiatives meet regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 8 years' retail banking experience, with a solid understanding of business control and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive diverse groups, foster strong relationships, and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver new or refined compelling propositions quickly for new revenue streams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a great sense of ownership and a servicing mindset.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
