Customer Care/e-commerce Associate, Global Luxury Retail
About Our RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our e-commerce and client services team based in Shanghai. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world's leading luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to VIP clients in the Greater Bay Area markets
- Provide timely and quality services to all incoming enquiries
- Resolve complaint cases professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular evaluation reviews and prepare reports
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
- A university graduate with relevant 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in international luxury retail, hotels, e-commerce, or other servicing industries
- A people-oriented individual with strong servicing skills and a proactive team player attitude
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
