As a key member of our General Administration Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze administrative processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
