Job Title: Assistant Administration Manager

Triumph International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Administration Manager to join our team in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the facilities of our office, including arranging technical support and overseeing renovation projects.
  • Supervise technical teams and handle complaints related to the working environment.
  • Implement health and safety policies and guidelines, and investigate workplace incidents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and monitor the performance of travel agencies and hotels.
  • Provide administrative support to user departments and assist in formulating administration policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Facility Management, Property Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5-year work experience in facilities management or related field.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
