The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in FIT sales, with a proven track record of delivering results and building collaborative relationships with internal teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive distribution strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performance team. A strong understanding of macroeconomics, asset classes, and the Greater China region is essential for this role.
