Job Description

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for leading our FIT sales efforts across all client segments in Greater China. This strategic role involves developing and executing a comprehensive distribution strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performance team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with extensive experience in FIT sales, a proven track record of delivering results, and a strong understanding of macroeconomics, asset classes, and the Greater China region. The successful candidate will also be expected to collaborate closely with internal teams, stay up-to-date with industry trends and standards, and ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive FIT sales strategy aligned with Capital Group's business goals.
