Prestige Insurance Sales Manager Role

We seek a high-calibre professional to join our Wealth Sales Distribution team as Prestige Insurance Sales Manager I. This role will lead, execute and proactively implement advanced coaching techniques to motivate and encourage learning within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Coaching and Training: Provide guidance to insurance specialists in branches and formulate strategies to enhance their skills.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Monitor and review current sales processes to improve channel efficiency and customer experience.
  • Team Management: Manage performance, professionalism and sales quality of team members.
  • Risk Management: Ensure all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure of the Bank.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliance policy and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years' relevant experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of insurance products.
  • Skills: Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, strong leadership and coaching abilities, good presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Licenses and Qualifications: Passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination, and attains relevant professional qualifications such as CFP/CFMP/QRA/CFA an advantage.
  • Culture Fit: Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively, shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment.
