About the Role
We are seeking a high calibre professional to join our Wealth Sales Distribution team as Prestige Insurance Sales Manager II. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of insurance specialists, executing advanced coaching techniques to motivate and encourage learning, and formulating strategies to improve channel efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of insurance specialists to execute and proactively implement advanced coaching techniques to motivate and encourage learning and re-enforce application within the work place.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance and provide guidance to insurance specialist in the branches, and also responsible for formulating and implementing tactics/strategies.
- Sales Process Improvement: Monitor and review current sales process in order to improve channel efficiency and customer experience.
- Staff Development: Enhance capabilities and professionalism of the managed staff and sales force to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales quality.
- Risk Management: Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure of the Bank.
Requirements
- Education: University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of insurance products.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills, strong leadership and coaching abilities, good presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, communication and analytical skills, good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination and attains relevant professional qualifications such as CFP/CFMP/QRA/CFA an advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively, shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment, able to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions in a variety of situations.
