In this Senior Sales Manager position, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of a defined sales strategy.
- Develop a robust sales and prospecting pipeline.
- Convert identified prospects into clients and manage handovers to Account Management Teams.
- Develop cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating risk and people expertise.
- Lead and manage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling activities, including introducing Aon United colleagues/services.
- Follow the Aon sales process protocols.
- Perform other duties and tasks reasonably assigned by the Manager.
- Contribute to Health Solutions initiatives & leadership forums.
