Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our credit management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales professionals and provide coaching and training to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute marketing campaigns and promotion programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Liaise with external parties to arrange promotional activities and events.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
  • Prepare regular reports to management on sales performance and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects related to business development.

Requirements

  • University degree holder in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and customer service at senior manager level.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of unsecured lending and credit card marketing operations.
  • Sound people management and complaint handling skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
