Cathay United Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Private Banking business development efforts.

As the Head of Client Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and enhance our Private Banking business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing sales teams, with a strong understanding of financial investment products and services.

You will also be responsible for supervising and developing a team of Assistant Relationship Managers to support client services, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal control policies.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, and holding Type 1 and 4 licenses.

A certification in Private Wealth Management would be an advantage.

This is a mid-senior level role, working full-time, and part of the Finance, Accounting/Auditing, and Strategy/Planning function.
