About the Role - Senior Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain and grow businesses with existing customers and hunt for new accounts.
- Engage early with customers to gather the most appropriate technical requirements.
- Compile sales proposals and conduct presentations to customers.
- Update sales activities in Salesforce (customer meetings, PoC, etc.), conduct deal cost analysis, and provide accurate pipeline forecasts to the key management team.
- Work closely with local partners (vendors, distributors, consulting partners, etc.) and the pre-sales team on bidding strategy.
- Deliver across a balanced scorecard of targets for the group (annual revenue and profit targets) while developing a long-term strategy for growth.
- Excel in business objectives and maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction with key account clients at the C level.
Qualifications :
- University graduate majoring in computing, business administration, or telecom-related fields is essential.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry (System Integrator or Vendor) is preferable with proven sales track records.
- Experience handling multinational business is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in business and market development, including complex business-to-business sales cycles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer relationships and base (key stakeholders) are a must.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
