Career Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Complaints Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our complaints handling process, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes in a fair and timely manner.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Customer Relations Manager or Senior Customer Relations Manager to handle customer complaints via an end-to-end complaint handling process.
  • Handle initial complaint calls from customers and identify their allegations for facilitating complaint assignment to complaint handlers.
  • Prepare customer profiles and retrieve relevant documents, transaction information, and digital footprints for complaint investigation.
  • Interact with frontline and backend colleagues to gather essential information about customer interactions and operations processes.
  • Compile complaint data for specific MI reports and filing on complaint cases and associated items.
  • Support general administration work of the complaint handling team as required.
