Business Function:
DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of relationship managers to grow the SME business, set sales targets and goals. Provide training and guidance to achieve the defined goals.
  • Manage the existing SME customers' portfolio by extending suitable banking solutions, and defend the portfolio by exploring business opportunities with a focus on deepening customers' wallets in line with the overall strategy.
  • Work towards target goals set in KPIs by defending the existing customer portfolio and reactivating sleeping customers to align with the Department/Cluster's strategy.
  • Cross-sell and upsell a range of SME banking solutions according to customers' needs.
  • Timely submit credit reviews, CDD reviews and reports with supporting documents to improve the credit review extension rate of the SME/PMT Borrowing.
  • Conduct ongoing KYC/KYB of existing corporate customers in compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
  • Maintain a quality loan and deposit portfolio by monitoring account performance and business viability of customers.
  • Protect bank information and assets under authorized usage.
  • Comply with regulatory conduct, and compliance standards and practices as defined by internal and external requirements, including Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering and regulations.
  • Perform regulated activities type 1 and 4 under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
  • Good credit evaluation skill.
  • Good communication skills in English and Putonghua.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • PRC cross-border business experience.
  • Good teamwork spirit.
  • Registered RI with passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8, or equivalent.
