We are now looking for a Business Development Executive, come and be a part of our team
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound activities like cold-calling and pitching across different markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing.
- Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the Company's objectives and directions.
- Support revenue growth by upselling to existing clients and maintaining strong relationships.
- Maintain frequent contact and follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure their needs are met.
- Develop and nurture account relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success, Product & Engineering.
- Support leaders and the team by completing assigned operational tasks as needed.
Who You Are
- 3-5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a tech or SaaS-related field.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Proven ability to pitch, prospect, and close deals across various account sizes, from general to key accounts.
- Strong experience in key account servicing, with a track record of successful upselling and cross-selling.
- Background in customer success (CS) and operations, preferably with experience and connections in the event tech or event industry.
- Highly motivated, quick learner, adaptable, agile, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant sales tools.
