Job Description

The role of Executive Director FIM, GCNA involves managing profitable growth by acquiring, developing, and servicing long-term relationships with EAMs in HK. This includes driving business strategy, accountable for the performance of individual's own EAM client book, delivering NNM, AUM, and revenue growth targets, and generating a healthy pipeline of target market prospects and converting them into clients.

The successful candidate will also have responsibility for growing client portfolio size by deepening existing customer relationships, implementing an asset allocation in line with client needs, and monitoring solutions to clients based on client investment profile. Additionally, they will conduct periodic reviews of client accounts in accordance with established procedures and ensure sales management, suitability, and onboarding processes are applied appropriately.

The role requires strong ability to develop a network of target prospects, proven risk management capabilities, firmness in all business guidelines and compliance issues, sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
