Assistant / Account Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Provide total account management support for the assigned property accounts and develop strong partnership with them Develop comprehensive strategic plans to grow market share from their assigned accounts to generate and maximize business for the Hotel Identify and proactively solicit new accounts, leverage all available sales channels in an effort to optimize sales revenues Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery Execute sales strategy to achieve property goals and personal sales goals with performance incentiveRequirements
Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administrations or other related disciplines Minimum 5 years related hotel experience and preferable in Sales & Marketing Department Proficiency in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking Able to work under pressure with can-do attitude Good presentation, inter-personal and time-management skills Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Sales ManagerMarriott International is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
