About the Role

As a Sales Support Account Manager at Insight Enterprises, Inc., you will play a crucial role in assisting our dedicated Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our key customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing daily pricing inquiries and processing order requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, vendors, and distributors
  • Provide accurate quotes to customers, process orders with distributors, and manage any processing or delivery inquiries
  • Enhance your understanding of IT products and licensing, to enable you to respond to any related queries from our customers and/or escalate where necessary
  • Work closely with Account Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
