Senior Sales Executive

The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing new customers and business contacts, demonstrating the technical features of our products, driving sales, and maintaining strong customer relations. This role requires monitoring operating processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet good quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Sales Account Manager on the performance of sales and project follow-up.
- Exploring new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
- Initiating and executing the sales action plan directed by supervisors to achieve projected sales targets.
- Liaising with clients and site personnel to obtain specifications or direct sales of company products and services.
- Ensuring all projects or orders are of high-quality standard and maintaining the image of the company.
- Monitoring project progress from initial negotiation for specification to after-sales follow-up.
- Preparing all sales and warranty documentation and maintaining completed and updated customer-related records.
- Conducting service/product reviews to collect customer satisfaction and feedback.
- Supporting the effective implementation and enhancement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS) i.e. ISO operations.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned if necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing, with solid experience in project management preferable.
- Fluent spoken and written skills in English and Cantonese.
- Good team player with strong initiative and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, willingness to learn, and hard-working.
- Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
- Possess existing network with contractors, consultants, and developers is highly preferred; candidates with relevant background will be considered as Senior Technical Sales Executive.
- Fresh graduates with interest in sales and marketing will be considered, training will be provided.
- Basic Salary: negotiable depending on existing salary and relevant experience.
- Guaranteed 13th month payment and Quarterly discretionary performance bonus (after 6 months' service, normally 1-1.5 month per quarter).
- Annual Leave: 12 days (increased by years of service to maximum 17 days).
- Medical insurance plan (including annual bodycheck/dental benefit) / covered Dependents.
- Other expenses reimbursement, e.g. Travel $3,000 / Entertainment.
- Training allowance $5,000/year after 6 months' service.
