Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business opportunities and the maintenance of existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide up-to-date market information to management to inform business development planning and strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and develop joint sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or above.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels professionally.
  • Language: Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
