Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Paymentology is a leading global issuer-processor, providing banks and fintechs with the technology, team, and experience to rapidly issue and process Mastercard, Visa, and UnionPay cards across more than 50 countries.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop strategies for identifying and pursuing new business prospects
  • Work closely with the Regional Director to target key markets and prospects
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and finance teams as needed

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Business Development experience in the fintech or payments space
  • Solution Sales experience and proven capability in managing complex sales processes
  • Knowledge of the cards and payments industry, and the issuing industry in particular
  • Detail-oriented, able to get to grips with the intricacies and complexities of the payments market and the economics which drive the business
  • Self-starter, able to define own priorities and deliver projects
  • Ability to qualify leads and to identify key stakeholders who will make the buying decisions
  • Able to work effectively with senior level stakeholders, both internal and external to the business
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills
  • Resilient mindset, ability to work under pressure, and focus on successful outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
