Sales and Account Manager

As a Sales and Account Manager at Marriott International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management support to our assigned property accounts. Your primary goal will be to develop strong partnerships with these accounts and create comprehensive strategic plans to grow market share and generate business for the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve property goals and personal sales goals with performance incentives
  • Identify and solicit new accounts to optimize sales revenues
  • Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years related hotel experience, preferably in Sales & Marketing Department
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and fluent in Mandarin speaking
  • Able to work under pressure with a can-do attitude
  • Good presentation, inter-personal, and time-management skills
