As a Sales Support Account Manager with Insight you will play a crucial role in assisting our dedicated Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our key customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing daily pricing inquiries and processing order requests efficiently.

 

You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of organisations across various industries, all of which are key customers of Insight. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can either deepen your existing IT product and licensing knowledge or embark on a journey to learn about technology. Insight partners with leading IT vendors, including Microsoft, positioning us as a premier IT Solution Integrator.

 

Leadership: The Hiring Manager for this role is Bonnie Tse (Sales Operations Team Lead). Bonnie is based in Hong Kong and leads the sales operations team. Bonnie is an approachable and open minded leader, who has created a very supportive team environment.

 

 

As a Sales Support Account Manager you’ll be involved in 4 main activities:

Client Engagement; Order Management; Technical Expertise; Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our key customers, vendors, and distributors
  • Provide accurate quotes to customers, process orders with distributors, and manage any processing or delivery inquiries.
  • Enhance your understanding of IT products and licensing, to enable you to respond to any related queries from our customers and/or escalate where necessary
  • Work closely with Account Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

We’re looking for a Sales Support Account Manager with:

  • Excellent customer service
  • Order processing/management experience
  • Interested in technology and eager to learn about various hardware and software products/licenses
  • Multilingual capabilities – Cantonese, English and ideally Mandarin.
