Responsibility

Demonstrate ownership and accountability for end-end customer service experience •Work directly with customer teams and executives as required; provide customer stewardship and advocacy; work with sales, solutions partners in to the support of identifying new businessopportunities •Interface with the customer for operations issues after issues have followed proper escalation procedures and failed to obtain the correct level of support. •Attend regular performance review calls for service, operational or capacity planning-related issues; •Attend stewardship meetings with customer •Provide Steady state account management to verify the engagement of New Work follows processes; •Maintain awareness of day-to-day change and problem process compliance; •Ensure SLAs are met for per contractual commitment; •Capability to solve the technical issues •Ability to work across virtual Global teams

Requirements

Degree or above in Telecommunications or related field •Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in Sales or Business Development •ITIL or CCIE certificate and any technical certificate in networking technology is an advantage•Creative mindset and well versed in Carrier or Enterprise sector in Telecom Industry •Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing •Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
