Head of Sales Growth

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales Growth to join our team at ZPEED Recruitment. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

About the Role:

  1. New Business Opportunities:
    • Develop a sales strategy to meet KPI and revenue targets, in consultation with the senior management team.
    • Hunt and sign up new key & enterprise accounts (Insurance Sector).
    • Identify new business trends and develop sales opportunities through timely analysis.
  2. Sales Channel Expansion:
    • Build strong relationships with key referral partners.
    • Regularly monitor sales and profitability of merchants and partners to maximize business and identify and convert cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  3. Portfolio Management:
    • Execute strategy to target specific market segments & product partnerships, including, but not limited to, payment agents and financial institutions, and lead its execution.
    • Analyze and understand partners' and customers' business objectives, requirements, and technical contexts, to design tailored solutions for both Business and Technical executives of the counterparty.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Business Development/ Sales / Client Acquisition (Hunter).
  • Industry knowledge in Payment / E-Commerce / FinTech domain areas.
  • Existing relationships or relevant experiences in dealing with local and regional insurance companies in Hong Kong (big plus).
  • Good communication skills, proactive, and can work in a lean startup culture.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
