About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales Strategy and Operations to lead the development and implementation of business development strategies that drive commercial success. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of commercial operations and a proven track record in sales force effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies that align with our organizational objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of sales force incentives programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute omnichannel engagement and digital strategies.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency gains through experimentation and analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry management.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant commercial leadership experience in healthcare management level.
