Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and professional demeanor, adhering to company and legal standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by anticipating their needs and initiating conversations to offer personalized assistance.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining a positive attitude, focusing on finding solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure the lounge environment is clean and well-maintained, including restocking service counters and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new employees, sharing best practices, and company standards to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement in the lounge operation.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess a right to work in Hong Kong.
  • A minimum age of 18 years old is required.
  • Prior experience in airport lounges, hospitality, or fine dining is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
