We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. As a key member of the Sands Lounge team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to VIP patrons and ensuring the smooth operation of the lounge.

Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the point of contact for the sales team and VIP patrons, maintaining the lounge's operations, and completing daily reports in a timely manner. You will also provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with customer-related bookings, enquiries, and issues.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you should be highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related field
  • Knowledge of casino or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
