As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through counter transactions and sales services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking services;
  • Provide cross-selling opportunities for retail banking products and services;
  • Support back-end branch operations and handle customer inquiries and internal administrative tasks;

Requirements:

  • A secondary school graduate or above degree;
  • Strong sales and service orientation with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, with fluency in reading, writing, and speaking;
