Job Overview:

The Head of Sales – Greater China is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and sales roadmap for Greater China-based clients across all asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales and growth plan underpinned by ambitious annual sales targets to help Alter Domus achieve its commercial objectives for the Greater China market.
  • Build and maintain internal and external business networks to drive personal and business growth through collaboration and teamwork.
  • Engage and grow the network of business partners and feeders, identifying new business leads in local and international markets to build a pipeline of target opportunities.
  • Lead new client pitches collaborating with internal product teams to deliver competitive advantage.
  • Be accountable for scoping, costing, and initial client-onboarding activities for prospects and new clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and deliver insight and thought leadership on market trends to anticipate future client needs.
  • Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role model to our people, clients, and customers.
  • Maintain a focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks.
  • Ensure the company maintains the highest Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance (ESG) standards.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in driving sales and revenue targets within Private Equity, Real Assets, and Private Debt.
  • First-class communication and presentation skills, including active listening, storytelling, presentation skills, and social selling.
  • Autonomy, strong organizational skills, time management, planning, and accuracy in documenting client activities.
