Job Title: Freight Forwarding Business Development Director
Company Overview: Persolkelly, a leading international freight forwarding company, seeks an accomplished Business Development Director to drive revenue growth, develop strategic trade lanes, and build strong relationships with key clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in sales and business development to contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth
• Leading a sales team to achieve targets and monitor KPIs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth
• Project leading global accounts to ensure successful partnerships
• Identifying potential clients and establishing relationships to drive new business
• Overseeing customer service workflow to ensure excellent service delivery
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the freight/cargo industry, with 5 years of sales management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key clients
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary up to HKD 58k/month, 13 months guaranteed, plus bonus.
