Sales and Business Development Manager

Leo Paper Group is a fast-growing company that seeks a Sales and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the printing and packaging industry. As a dynamic sales leader, you will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand opportunities.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, strategic thinking, and leadership. You should have a bachelor's degree in business or a relevant discipline and 5 years of experience in related fields with revenue target achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and competitive activity to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct and analyze market research to stay up-to-date on industry and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure customer needs are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and update the executive team periodically.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- 5 years or above in related experience, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the printing and/or paper packaging products.
- Good printing processes and packaging design knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in managing a sales team is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic and creative thinking.
- Fluent in English and Putonghua, and good communication skills in written English and Chinese.
- Frequent travel to the factory in China and occasional overseas travel is needed.
