The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for devising market strategies and exploring new business development opportunities. You will engage and coordinate daily sales activities and operations, monitoring revenue forecasts to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

About the Job

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, biomedical engineering, or relevant disciplines.

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business development and sales experience in medical devices.
  • A minimum of 1 year supporting peripheral vascular surgeries or interventional radiology.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Language Skills:
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is required.
