Overview

China Telecom Global is seeking a highly motivated Telecommunications Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with existing customers.

Sales Target Achievement

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and generate revenue for the company through effective sales strategies and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain close relationships with existing customers, including Telco partners, aggregators, and internal customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs (revenue, margin, and number of new accounts) on each product assigned by team head.
  • Responsible for developing new businesses and strategic partnerships for Voice & A2P SMS wholesale cooperation.
  • Coordinate with different departments in setting up pricing strategy, improving and developing product offerings, and coordinating marketing events.
  • Promote and enhance company brand image by demonstrating sustainable professionalism in work.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Communications/ Marketing/ Business Administration or above with experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management.
  • Knowledge of Telecom Technology and Product Portfolio in the wholesale market.
  • Previous sales achievement is preferred as a reference.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with demonstrated skills in relationship building and relationship management.
  • Ability to interact and work effectively with a broad range of China Telecom functional areas.
  • Outgoing, aggressive, responsible, and proactive character.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
