Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Investigate customer complaints and identify root causes, working with stakeholders to develop effective solutions and process improvements.
  3. Liaise with internal and external parties to thoroughly investigate complaints and propose resolutions to settle issues.
  4. Conduct service quality assessments and provide training/coaching to maintain high service standards.
  5. Support the review of internal complaint handling guidelines and procedures.
