About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Head of Customer Operations.

This is a critical role that will drive operational excellence and improve customer experience across our organization.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company vision and goals
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Financial Services/Insurance industry, with at least 10 years in operations management
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
