Global Customer Experience Manager

The Asia Pacific Customer Success Team is a dynamic and collaborative group that provides exceptional service to our customers. As a customer success manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive maximum value from our products and services.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing on-site support, training, and integration of Commodity Insights services within customer workflows
- Acting as a trusted advisor, fostering strong relationships with customers and driving engagement and satisfaction
- Supporting new customer business, existing customer retention, and existing customer growth
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other departments and divisions within S&P Global, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
