Head of Customer Experience

FWD Insurance seeks a seasoned leader to helm its customer operations. As Head of Customer Experience, you will drive strategy and innovation in risk management and claims processing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market-leading strategies for underwriting and claims enhancement using data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Ensure alignment with FWD's overall strategy and vision, driving continuous improvement of customer journey transformation KPIs.
- Liaise with group, market, and reinsurance partners to support underwriting and claims strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in financial services/insurance industry, with at least 10 years in operations management, underwriting, and claims management.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
