Customer Experience Coordinator

The Langham, Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Concierge team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement customer experience initiatives to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Concierge colleagues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions and feedback.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel Concierge role; 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with ability to motivate and develop colleagues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties.
