Executive Director of Sales and Business Development

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in account management, domain consulting, and business development activities in the IT service industry. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the Hong Kong market and its technology and business segments.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the industry, with a strong background in managing global and local clients. They will also have experience working with onsite and offshore teams, and a proven ability to plan ahead and stay the course.
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary management contact and client liaison, developing 'Trusted Advisor' relationships with CxOs and other key stakeholders
- Manage the P&L of portfolio, business planning, and budgeting
- Drive account mining/penetration strategies and actively manage pipeline for growth and development of the account/portfolio
- Negotiate commercial terms of engagement
- Manage client expectations, provide updates to senior management, and participate in steering review meetings

Requirements- 10+ years of experience in account management, domain consulting, business development activities in the IT service industry
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market across technology and business segments and industries
- Experience and knowledge in latest digital innovations and experience in selling transformation solutions
- Strategic thinking, confident, and the ability to plan ahead and stay the course
