We are seeking an experienced Lead Retail Banking Product Manager to spearhead unsecured lending initiatives and drive growth in our personal loan business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strategic Plans: Design and implement product and marketing strategies to boost personal loan balances, revenue, and market share growth.
- Acquisition and Retention Strategies: Oversee acquisition and retention strategies to expand the customer base and leverage customer analytics to deepen personal loan penetration into existing customers and cross-sell banking products.
- New Product Development: Lead new product and enhancement initiatives, responsible for product planning, commercialization, and execution throughout the product life cycle.
- Brand Awareness: Enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
- Credit Risk Management: Collaborate with the risk management team to maintain a healthy personal loan portfolio, review underwriting criteria, and develop credit control measures.
- Pricing Strategy: Review pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while optimizing risk-adjusted returns on unsecured loan products.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Qualifications: Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, with solid experience in retail lending business preferred.
- Skill Set: Possess strong business acumen, marketing skills, leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Credit Risk Experience: With credit risk management experience a plus.
Estimated Salary: HKD 800,000 - HKD 1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Bonus potential available.
