Key Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Business Development Manager to lead our credit card lending business. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through innovative product strategies, effective sales channels management, and data-driven customer targeting.
About the Role- In this key position, you will oversee the development and implementation of product strategies to meet company targets, focusing on credit card interest income, card installment sales volume, and overall credit card AR balance.
- You will manage various sales channels, including inbound sales teams, outbound sales teams, and digital channels, to enhance revenue generation and customer engagement.
- Your expertise in digital initiatives, system enhancements, and incentive programs will drive channel performance improvement and contribute to overall business growth.
- By analyzing market trends, monitoring channel performance, and assessing marketing program effectiveness, you will make informed decisions to optimize business growth.
- Utilizing big data and portfolio analysis, you will formulate customer segmentations to facilitate precise customer targeting and improve customer satisfaction.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage internal capabilities and external partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- A degree holder or above, preferably with more than 3 years of experience in banking or finance, ideally in loan-on-card or unsecured lending.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese languages.
- Proficiency in using English/Chinese word processing tools is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
